Immediate payment of whole amounts of plots within 45 days of Booking Date, Special Discount of Rs. 10/-
Monthly Installment date before 10th of every month, Otherwise 15% PA interest will be charged in installment amount charges
In case of cancellation of plots, 70% booking amount will be refunded.
If price increase, the balance amount will be given by applicant at the time of registry.
In case of not paying regular 3 months installment, the booking will be cancelled and balance amount will be returned without any interest.
Repayment track will be regular as attached chart, if anyone will enter between these months, the balance amount of previous month will be paid.
